Speech- Good morning, everyone. My name is Anaise, and I’m 11 years old. And today my speech is about the reasons why “People should do exercise everyday!” yes.-”People should do exercise everyday!”
Firstly I think that people should do exercise everyday, because it helps you grow stronger, and have a healthy, skinny body! Unlike these people who don’t work out or exercise every day. First, there are different types of exercise that you can do: “Brisk walking or jogging,Yard work(Mowing,raking..)Dancing,Biking,Swimming,Climbing stairs or hills,Playing tennis balls or basketball.”
Secondly for those people who don’t work out or exercise, please try and work out or exercise a bit. I mean..-We’ll try our best to work out, and exercise together.. We’ll try and eat healthy foods, like vegetables and drink water everyday. I know you guys don’t like it, it might be a pain.. Though it helps us improve our muscles, and gets us stronger and stronger each everyday! If we keep eating healthy foods, and doing exercises everyday!
finally, people should stop eating junk foods!. It causes us a stitch in our ribs when we jog or run fast. I will stop eating junk foods, for now.. And all of us should stop eating junk foods.. Junk foods are not healthy, for us. It’ll give us unhealthy and fat bodies, If we keep eating Junk foods everyday. Junk food is bad and not good, there are four type of reasons that we should not eat Junk food: One,“diabetes” Two,“Obesity” Three,“Salty” Four,”Sugar”
In conclusion.. Exercising is a life saver, to your body and a reminder to your brain. Though if you find exercising hard, it’s all about trying your best for your health. So please make sure, you take well care of your health.
