Term 4 “Let the music play”

Today is monday 6th the October, the first day of school from the amazing 2 weeks of holiday we had.
Today Pt England School’s new theme today is “Let the music play” and which that means we can make music out of anything, and it doesn’t mean that we need like gutair, piano or drums, just any objects we found. We will be learning music from different other countries, like japan, china, brazil, anything.

When we had assembly this morning, we sat down and waited paiently for something to happened until we were introduced by Mr. Son ervile’s show, the ones with him was Mr. Jacobson and Mr. Burt, they were dressed up into girls, they were wearing masks and white clothing.- The song they were playing was “Golden” from the kpop demon hunters movie. They started doing their performace like singing and dancing, and it was quite beautiful.

After they were done doing their performace, everyone clapped and watched as they got off the stage then waited for another one to happen. It was team 1’s turn, so everyone in the assembly went quiet. Team 1’s started off with them in the kitchen, playing music with different objects, like broom, scrubber, salt, anything else they kept adding on, and cleaning too. until they were done. It was actually cool, how they kept adding different object sounds from the kitchen.

And it was now team 2’s turn.  Team 2’s one did music based on their emotions, they started the music from the start then changed another version. Once they were finished, it was team 3’s turn. Their one was very simliar to Team 2’s one, it was about the emotions by the way. Team 3 had heaps of videos of showing their emotions and made the music matched with it.
